My Role

My name is Rohit Kumar and I was working as a UX/UI designer in virohan.

From discovery to delivery, I led the end-to-end design process to create a seamless experience.

I began by understanding the problem holistically, engaging with stakeholders and students to gather insights. Through ideation, iteration, and prototyping, I refined solutions and validated them through usability testing. Finally, I collaborated closely with developers to ensure a smooth handover and implementation.

Virohan's MyCareer app creates confusion and frustration for students trying to track their attendance and complete daily activities. The outdated design doesn't align with Virohan's brand identity, lacks consistency across components, and delivers a poor overall user experience.

User Research Insights

I initiated the research phase by developing a comprehensive question framework to understand student experiences with the MyCareer app. After reviewing and finalizing the research questions with stakeholders and the project manager, I conducted in-depth interviews with 7-10 students to gather firsthand insights.
